The Department of Sponsored Programs at North Georgia College & State University facilitates the funding of university programs. The department is involved in every aspect of the funding cycle, from identifying and developing grant proposals to reviewing final reports relating to the funded program. Sponsored Programs provides assistance to faculty and staff in the following areas:

• Identifying sources of funds - foundations and government
• Supporting the proposal writing process
• Developing budgets
• Electronic Submission
• Tracking the grant application process
• Notification of grant awards
• Setting up and tracking program fund deliverables
