2010-03002 Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer, Criminal Trespass 3/2/2010 2:00 PM Drill Field NGCSU Cleared by Arrest A person not affiliated with the campus was found on campus and adjacent areas harassing persons. Subject refused to leave when asked to numerous times.    
2010-03003 Assist Lumpkin County 3/2/2010 9:27 PM Johnny B's Student Informational Only Officers responded to a subject making suicidal statements. Subject was turned over to deputies & transported to hospital.  
2010-03004 Private Property Motor Vehicle Accident 3/4/2010 7:17 AM Rec Center Parking Deck Students Informational Only Subject backed into another vehicle causing damage to both vehicles but no injuries.    
2010-03005 Theft by Taking 2/26/2009 9:00 PM Gaillard Hall Student Exceptionally Cleared Subject's iPod was stolen after being left in restroom. The iPod was recovered and returned to victim.  
2010-03006 Theft 12/7/2009 1:30 PM Sirmons Hall Student Active Subject received money order from unknown person with instructions of how much to keep & send back. Money order was found to be counterfeit after it was cashed by victim.    
2010-03007 Assist Lumpkin County 3/5/2010 12:30 AM College Lane Student Informational Only Deputy requested assistance with a portable breath test device. Subject was found to be intoxicated underage.  
2010-03008 Medical Response 3/5/2010 1:07 AM Donovan Hall Student Informational Only Officers and EMS responded reference a subject having severe side pains. Subject was transported to hospital by EMS.    
2010-03009 Assault 3/7/2010 12:35 AM Wiley's Student Active Officer responded to a fight call at Wiley's were one male was allegedly attacked by five males.      
2010-03010 Theft by Taking 3/4/2010 12:00 PM Nix Fine Arts Faculty Active Subject had a Charango (musical instrument) stolen from his office by an unknown person.  
2010-03011 Miscellaneous Report 3/8/2010 3:49 PM Barnes Hall Staff Informational Only Subject advised she her ex-husband used profanity towards her over the phone.    
2010-03012 Medical Response 3/10/2010 10:00 AM Hoag Student Center Student Informational Only Officer & EMS responded to a student who passed out & struck his head. Subject refused transport to the hospital.

2010-03016 Stalking 3/11/2010 4:21 PM Sirmons Hall Student Active Student stated she was being followed by an unknown male on campus & in town.
