Volunteer
The time to get involved has never been better. The Center continues to be active throughout our community and region. As it expands its activities and activities, we invite you to make a difference by taking action today. Volunteers with the Center are able to participate in and assist with a variety of projects and daily activities at the Center. Volunteering allows you to meet new people, learn new skills, and make an actual difference in your community.
Examples of volunteer opportunities include:
- Tasks such as
- mailing announcements
- scrapbooking newspaper clippings
- organizing files
- Vickery House maintenance
- Exhibit planning
- Event production
- Promotion of the Center
- Working in the Garden
- Recruiting new members
- Representing the Center at community events
Please let us know if your talents are in other areas of interest, such as fund-raising, web page development, or speaking with groups, etc. Our organization is committed to placing you into our volunteer positions that best match your interest with the needs of the Center.
