Requirements
| |
- Dogs must be at least 1 year old and have lived with handler for at least 6 months.
- Handlers must be 18 years old or a minimum of 9 years old and accompanied by an adult.
- Dogs must be friendly, obedient, & harmonious with other people & pets.
- Team should have a working mastery of
Basic Obedience. Intermediate level preferred
- Team must pass all 10 steps of
the
AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test*.
- One hour of Volunteering a month required (flexible schedule)
- Participation in one Fund Raiser a year (provides for $2 million annual liability insurance)
- Provide current annual vaccinations
- Have access to email for communication.
