Applications are
due no later than January 1st.
On-campus interviews by the invitation of the Physical
Therapy Program admissions committee are scheduled for early
February. Classes begin May 2010.
Completed applications must include
all transcripts, GRE scores, and three recommendation
forms. One recommendation letter must be from a
practicing physical therapist.
A completed immunization form is required
if accepted.
