Visit Campus

North Georgia's campus is always open to visitors who wish to walk around campus on their own, but to get a clearer idea of college life and the campus culture, we encourage you to schedule a guided campus tour or attend Open House.

We also have select weekday mornings set aside for special non-cadet group tours of 12 to 75 high school students.

To schedule a cadet group tour, please call 888-413-9366.

GUIDED CAMPUS TOUR

The guided tours include a 20-minute information session and a 1-hour walking tour for prospective undergraduate students. Current students lead tours; thus, non-cadet tours are only available whenever classes are in session.  Cadet tours are available year-round.

If you do NOT plan to join the Corps of Cadets, you should schedule a Non-Cadet campus tour. During the Fall and Spring semesters, these tours are given at 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and at 10:00 a.m. on most Saturdays.

I DO NOT plan to join the Corps of Cadets: Schedule a NON-CADET tour

If you ARE interested in participating in the Corps of Cadets ROTC program, you should schedule a Cadet campus tour. These tours are given at 2:00 p.m. on Mondays, 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and 9:30 a.m. on Fridays. We also recommend that you take a look at our military site.

SPECIAL GROUP TOUR

Special group tours can be given on a first-come, first-serve basis for groups of 12-75 high school students. These tours are available on the following weekday mornings and allow larger groups to visit our campus. Since our student tour guides attend classes during the Spring and Fall semesters, special group tours are only available during the months of February, March, April, October, and November.

Group Tour Dates (Available Until Reserved) :
September 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24
October 15, 20, 22, 28
November 10, 17, 19

December 8, 10, 15, 17

Due to high demand for special group tours and the limited number of student ambassadors available, we ask that groups be limited to no more than 75 high school students. Please schedule well in advance as these tours take more time to coordinate.

Groups interested in health care professions wishing to have a special lecture and visitation to the Health and Natural Science building must limit their groups to no more than 25 (although groups of 10-12 are preferred).
