Campus Safety

One of the main concerns when sending your student away to college is likely to be campus safety. You will be happy to know that North Georgia was ranked in the top 20 safest campuses in the nation. Our Public Safety force patrols campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure student safety, and there are call boxes located across campus should a student need help or vehicle assistance. As part of a comprehensive security plan, North Georgia utilizes the services of ConnectEd to inform the campus community of any unforeseen events or emergencies through phone calls, e-mails, and/or text messages.
