To apply for the Parent Plus Loan, you must first choose a lender, and then sign a Master Promissory Note (MPN) using the pin with which you signed the FAFSA. The interest rate is the same regardless of the lender. Some lenders add extra incentives. First, make sure you understand the provisions of all Parent Plus loans so that you will recognize an extra incentive.
