Health Insurance NGCSU offers employees a choice of four health insurance plans: After a deductible of $300/person or $900/family, generally pays 80% of usual, customary and reasonable expenses. After a co-payment ($20 for office visits and $75 for emergency room) and a deductible of $300/person or $900/family (Georgia In-Network) and $400/person or $1200/family (National In-Network and Out-of-Network), generally pays 90% (Georgia In-Network), 80% (National In-Network), or 60% (Out-of-Network) of contracted rates. After a co-payment (usually $15 for office visits, $75 for emergency room, and $200 for inpatient hospital services), pays 100% of expenses of authorized providers.
