One application for each scholarship you
are applying and attach the following to
each application:
1) A 500 word essay (approximately) indicating why you are
deserving of this scholarship with a
statement concerning your academic
qualifications, economic hardship, and
present level of financial support. You may
copy for each application. For
research support, discuss your project.
2) A confidential reference form from
one faculty in your content area. Have the
faculty place the form in an envelope, seal
it, and sign the back flap and return to you
to hand in with the application.
Financial Aid will notify the recipients.
The
recipients will have the opportunity to
attend a 'thank you' letter writing party
