An individual with a
degree
in Mathematics or a closely related field
should enter the Post-Bac
program
or the Masters of Arts in
Secondary Education (MAT) program to seek Georgia
Teacher Certification.
An individual with a 4 year degree in a field that is not closely
related
to mathematics will be required to meet mathematics
experience requirements prior to completing any mathematics teacher certification
program.
