Kate Maine directs the university's media relations, publications and marketing activities. A graduate of the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism, Maine's public relations experience spans two decades in education, government, corporate, and non-profit entities. Her responsibilities include serving as the university's primary spokesperson, overseeing media relations, managing university publications, and providing direction for the university's Web site.

Debbie Martin is a 2006 graduate of North Georgia and holds bachelor's degrees in art marketing and computer information systems. In her role as designer and web coordinator, Martin designs all publications produced by the Office of University Relations. She maintains the department's Web presence and is a primary resource for questions related to the university's visual identity guide. She has more than a decade of experience in the graphic design field.

Barbara Seaton is a 2004 graduate of North Georgia and holds a bachelor's degree in computer science. She works with both University Relations and the Office of Information and Instructional Technology to develop and manage content for the university's Web site and provides training and support to campus Web coordinators.
