Plant Operations is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the university's building facilities, grounds, and utilities. This includes building maintenance and repairs, maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, custodial services, and related activities. Other responsibilities include maintenance of roads and grounds, landscaping, maintaining an inventory of university buildings and land, and an automotive maintenance shop.
