Student Account Services: Acceptance of Student Payments


ALL STUDENTS MUST PRINT THEIR STUDENT INVOICE 

To print your Student Invoice, select Student Invoice, after you complete registration.  Please read all messages on the Student Invoice and review the related links for IMPORTANT information regarding:  paying by credit card on the web, paying by web check, changing a meal plan, Tuition and Fee Cost Sheet and Financial Aid Information. 

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

    • Web Check:  You may pay your student invoice with a web check via the link, “Web Check Payment,” located at the bottom of the page. 
    • Web Credit Card:  You may pay your student invoice with a credit card via the link located at the bottom of the page.
    • Business Office:  You may pay your student invoice in person using cash, check, or money order.  You may also mail checks or money orders, payable to NGCSU, to:

Please include a copy of this invoice with your payment, and reference your Student ID # on the check or money order.  Should you have any questions, please contact the Business Office at 706-864-1409.

FINANCIAL AID:

Students receiving financial aid will have their aid applied to their account UNLESS the Business Office is notified prior to the payment deadline.  THEREFORE, you must officially withdraw if you decide not to attend NGCSU.  Failure to withdraw could result in a “W” or “WF” for each course. 

***If you have an Out-of-State Waiver on your Student Invoice, please be aware this could be removed based on the Out-of-State Waiver policy rules and guidelines. 

REFUNDS:

NGCSU has partnered with Higher One, a financial services company, to provide refund disbursement to campus.  Financial aid and tuition refunds will be disbursed to NGCSU students via the Easy Refund Card.  With the Easy Refund Card, refunds will be delivered in the manner selected by the student during the Card authentication process:

    • Establish an account with Higher One.
    • Electronic transfer/deposit to an existing bank account.
    • Paper checks – Issued by Higher One.
