Client Support Services
Information and Instructional Technology's Client Support Services group is primarily
responsible for support of end user computing equipment on campus. This support includes,
but is not limited to, repair and maintenance of all non- server NGCSU owned PC and Macintosh computers; their peripheral equipment and software. Additionally, Client Support
services supports the student and faculty owned computers through the Help Desk, and
supports the terminal end of Auxiliary Services computing equipment.
