You must first Apply and be Accepted to North Georgia College & State University 
prior to Nov 1st.
      NGCSU Application--> http://apache.northgeorgia.edu/enrollment/admissions/index.htm

You can then Apply to the LPN Nursing Program by Dec 15th as follows:

1. Login to your Banner Account
2. Click on "Student"
3. Click on "LPN to RN Bridge Application"
